Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 (6-oz) salmon fillets
- 4 heaping tbsp of LA VICTORIA® Mango Habanero Salsa
- 1 tsp chopped cilantro
Instruction
- Add oil to a large skillet and bring to medium high heat. Add in salmon once the oil is heated.
- Cook salmon on both sides until salmon is fully cooked and develops a light brown sear on both sides.
- Dish out salmon. Top each fillet with 2 tbsp salsa. You can always add more or less depending on your spicy preference. You can also add fresh avocados to the salsa if you want to tone down the spice. Garnish salmon with cilantro. Serve salmon with grains and vegetables of your choice. I served mine with brown rice and broccoli.
