Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 12 oz fillets of salmon, skin on (4 fillets)
  • 2 Tbsp garlic scape butter
  • 1 tsp Fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, fresh squeezed

Instruction

  • Let salmon sit on counter for 10-15 minutes before searing.
  • Add garlic scape butter to a non stick frying pan. Recipe for butter is here.
  • Place salmon skin side down, over medium high heat. Sear for 4-5 minutes, until golden. Flip salmon carefully and sear the other side until golden, internal temperature should be about 135°F for medium rare. Don't overcook.
