Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 medium size potatoes with skin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ¼ teaspoon red chili flakes
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
Instruction
- Wash the potatoes well. Cut into medium cubes.In a hot pan, add the oil and when hot add the potatoes. Flip and fry the potatoes on medium heat until golden in color and completely cooked, this will take around 15 to 20 minutes.Add the rest of ingredients to the potatoes and mix well. Turn off heat and serve.
