The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 cup butter (salted)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instruction
- Place butter in a medium saucepan and melt over medium heat
- Whisk in flour until bubbly, about 2 minutes
- Slowly whisk in chicken broth, salt, and pepper
- Cook, stirring often, until it comes to a boil, about 2-5 minutes
- If it's too thick, add broth 1/4 cup at a time
