  • 1.5 tbsp. light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. dark soy sauce ( , optional )
  • 1.5 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp. chopped scallion
  • 1 tsp. Sichuan peppercorn seeds
  • 1/2 cup hot boiling water
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • Roasted black sesame seeds for garnish
