The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 4 - 5 Ounce Cod fillets
  • 1 Tbsp Skordo Gulf Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Skordo Lemon Herb Seasoning
  • 2 Tsp Olive Oil

Instruction

  • Liberally spice the cod fillets. Heat the oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add the cod fillets once the oil is simmering. Cook 3 - 4 minutes per side.Serve and enjoy!
