Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cups almond milk (or your favorite dairy-free milk)
  • 1 frozen banana (cut into chunks)
  • 2 tsp maple syrup (or more to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste to add more maple syrup, if needed.
  • Pour into 2 glasses, and serve. Top with coconut whipped cream and mint leaves, if desired.
