Ingredients

The following ingredients have 16 Servings
  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup cooked, mashed sweet potato
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup almond meal (or breadcrumbs)
  • optional mix-ins: diced, cooked bacon and minced jalapenos

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mix well and form into balls (I made about 16).
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes (or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees), flipping once.
