  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 ½ TBS coconut flour
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¾ cup coconut sugar or honey (or organic cane sugar (not paleo))
  • ½ cup distilled white or apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup ketchup {paleo approved}
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 TBS coconut aminos ((or soy sauce - not paleo))
  • 1 TBS tapioca flour or arrowroot flour
  • 1½ TBS water
