- 2 pound boneless (skinless chicken breast, cut into 1" pieces)
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup coconut amino
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- zest of one orange
- 3 tablespoons arrowroot
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 head of cauliflower (cleaned and grated {I use food processor grater})
