The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 pound boneless (skinless chicken breast, cut into 1" pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup coconut amino
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • zest of one orange
  • 3 tablespoons arrowroot
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 head of cauliflower (cleaned and grated {I use food processor grater})
