Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 head cauliflower (cut, steamed or boiled, and cooled)
- 5-6 heaping Tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1-2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 – 1 tsp paprika
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp dry mustard powder
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1 pinch black pepper
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
