Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 head cauliflower (cut, steamed or boiled, and cooled)
  • 5-6 heaping Tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1-2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 – 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp dry mustard powder
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth.
