Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp. maple syrup
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 cups full-fat coconut milk (heated)

Instruction

  • Place the egg yolks, vanilla, maple syrup, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a blender and blend for one minute.
  • Pour in the hot coconut milk, then blend for 2 minutes longer.
  • Pour into drinking glasses and serve. Alternatively, cool and serve over ice.
