Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp. maple syrup
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 cups full-fat coconut milk (heated)
Instruction
- Place the egg yolks, vanilla, maple syrup, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a blender and blend for one minute.
- Pour in the hot coconut milk, then blend for 2 minutes longer.
- Pour into drinking glasses and serve. Alternatively, cool and serve over ice.
