The following ingredients have 4 Servings

- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted (or avocado oil)
- 1 4oz bag of plantain chips (like this)
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (omit for AIP)
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 2 tbsp mustard (use this for AIP)
- 1 tbsp BBQ sauce (use this for AIP)
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tsp lemon juice
