  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted (or avocado oil)
  • 1 4oz bag of plantain chips (like this)
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (omit for AIP)
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp mustard (use this for AIP)
  • 1 tbsp BBQ sauce (use this for AIP)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
