  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 tsp sea salt, divided
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 tbsp arrowroot starch
  • 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp cassava flour
  • 3-4tbsp coconut flour (see notes)
  • 1 tbsp gelatin
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/3 + 1/4 cup palm shortening
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp water
