The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil (ghee, or avocado oil)
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Large pinch Chipotle powder (or more, to taste )
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 lb cauliflower rice (I purchased this pre-"riced”)
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil (ghee, or avocado oil)
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
- 1-2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 jalapeño pepper minced
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- Dash chipotle powder
- 1 large onion (sliced thin)
- 1 large red bell pepper (sliced thin )
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil (or other cooking fat)
- sea salt (to taste)
- 2 avocados
- 1/4 cup onion (minced)
- 2 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 jalapeno pepper (minced)
- 2 Tbsp Tbsp fresh lime juice (or to taste)
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (plus more for garnish)
- Sea salt (to taste)
- Salsa (fresh herbs, sliced jalapeño.)
