The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups of frozen raw riced cauliflower
- 3/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 3/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Optional: 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Use as dip, sauce, or dressing! This nacho cheese is great heated or chilled. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
