Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups of frozen raw riced cauliflower
  • 3/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Use as dip, sauce, or dressing! This nacho cheese is great heated or chilled. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
