  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, (solid, not melted)
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, (freshly grated)
  • 2 tbsp lemon zest, (finely grated (or orange zest))
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup, (or 3 tbsp)
