Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 large apple
  • 12 baby carrots or three large carrots or 1 cup pre-shredded carrots
  • 1.25 lbs ground turkey (at least 93% lean)
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 chopped shallots
  • 1 sliced green onion
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 delicata squash (very girthy or wide )
  • 1 cooking spray (of choice- I used avocado coconut)
  • garlic salt (to taste)
  • parchment paper
  • Barbecue Sauce ((I used Trader Joe's but I like this Paleo Version as well)
