Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 large apple
- 12 baby carrots or three large carrots or 1 cup pre-shredded carrots
- 1.25 lbs ground turkey (at least 93% lean)
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 chopped shallots
- 1 sliced green onion
- ½ tsp thyme
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 delicata squash (very girthy or wide )
- 1 cooking spray (of choice- I used avocado coconut)
- garlic salt (to taste)
- parchment paper
- Barbecue Sauce ((I used Trader Joe's but I like this Paleo Version as well)
