Ingredients
The following ingredients have 16 Servings
- 2 cups (washed and chopped spinach leaves)
- 1 1/2 cups crumbled paneer
- 3 tablespoons gram flour
- 2-3 garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
- 2-3 green chilies
- A small piece of ginger (peeled and minced)
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon oil + more for brushing
Instruction
- Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan. Add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and let splutter. Add crushed ginger green chilies and saute well. Next add the washed and chopped spinach leaves and saute for 2-3 minutes.Once the spinach wilts a little, sprinkle gram flour little by little and keep sauteing. Once the gram flour changes color, remove from flame and let cool thoroughly.
- Take crumbled paneer in a mixing bowl. Add the cooked spinach and required salt. Mix thoroughly and make a dough.
- Preheat oven at 180C. Grease a baking sheet generously.
- Divide the kabab mixture into 15-18 equal portions. Shape each one into a kabab.
- Arrange the shaped kababs on the greased baking sheet.
- Bake in the hot oven for 15-20 minutes or until the top turns firm and golden. After 10 minutes flip each kabab to ensure even baking. Serve palak paneer kabab hot.
