Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 oz Pusser's Rum (or dark rum of choice)
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz orange juice (freshly squeezed, about 1-2 medium oranges)
  • 1 oz cream of coconut (NOT coconut cream)
  • freshly grated nutmeg (for garnish)
  • pineapple wedge or orange slices (for garnish)
  • ice (for cocktail shaker)

Instruction

  • In a cocktail shaker, add the ice, juices, cream of coconut, and rum.
  • Shake well until the cocktail is chilled.
  • Strain into a cocktail or huriccane glass over ice.
  • Add a sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg and a garnish of sliced orange or pineapple.
