Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 oz Pusser's Rum (or dark rum of choice)
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz orange juice (freshly squeezed, about 1-2 medium oranges)
- 1 oz cream of coconut (NOT coconut cream)
- freshly grated nutmeg (for garnish)
- pineapple wedge or orange slices (for garnish)
- ice (for cocktail shaker)
Instruction
- In a cocktail shaker, add the ice, juices, cream of coconut, and rum.
- Shake well until the cocktail is chilled.
- Strain into a cocktail or huriccane glass over ice.
- Add a sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg and a garnish of sliced orange or pineapple.
