Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 500 g Fresh curd
  • 1 cup Cucumber (Grated)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Yellow mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Green chilli (Chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander (Chopped)

Instruction

  • Coarsely ground the yellow mustard seeds in a mortar.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk well.
  • Keep the Raita for at least 1 hour before serving for the mustard flavor to seep through.
  • Garnish with 1 tsp mustard oil and red chilli powder & serve.
