Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 500 g Fresh curd
- 1 cup Cucumber (Grated)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Yellow mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Green chilli (Chopped)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander (Chopped)
Instruction
- Coarsely ground the yellow mustard seeds in a mortar.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk well.
- Keep the Raita for at least 1 hour before serving for the mustard flavor to seep through.
- Garnish with 1 tsp mustard oil and red chilli powder & serve.
