Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 kg wide rice noodles fresh
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 chillis thinly sliced
- 600 g chicken fillets cubed
- 250 g baby bok choy roughly chopped
- 4 green onions thinly sliced
- 2 tbs kecap manis
- 1 tbs fish sauce
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1/4 cup coriander chopped
Instruction
- Place noodles in large bowl and cover with boiling water.
- Seperate noodles with fork and drain.
- Heat oil in wok, stir-fry chilli and garlic.
- Add chicken, stir-fry until brown.
- Add buk choy and onion, stir-fry until onion softens and chicken is cooked through.
- Add noodles with kecap manis, sauces and sugar, toss gently to combine.
- Remove from heat, add coriander and toss gently to combine.
