Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 kg wide rice noodles fresh
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 2 chillis thinly sliced
  • 600 g chicken fillets cubed
  • 250 g baby bok choy roughly chopped
  • 4 green onions thinly sliced
  • 2 tbs kecap manis
  • 1 tbs fish sauce
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1/4 cup coriander chopped

Instruction

  • Place noodles in large bowl and cover with boiling water.
  • Seperate noodles with fork and drain.
  • Heat oil in wok, stir-fry chilli and garlic.
  • Add chicken, stir-fry until brown.
  • Add buk choy and onion, stir-fry until onion softens and chicken is cooked through.
  • Add noodles with kecap manis, sauces and sugar, toss gently to combine.
  • Remove from heat, add coriander and toss gently to combine.
