Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 12 ounces (dry) rice stick noodles
  • 2 Tablespoons peanut or vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces*
  • 5 cups (packed) Chinese broccoli, chopped into bite-sized pieces with the stems and leaves separated
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • stir-fry sauce (see below)
  • (optional: fried garlic, lime wedges, for serving)
  • 3 Tablespooons dark sweet soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon (regular) soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2-3 teaspoons sugar or honey
  • optional: 1-2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce, to taste
