Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Old Fashioned Roll Oats
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 cup vanilla flavored almond or soy milk
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • Toasted pecans (chopped (optional))

Instruction

  • Combine oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large mug.
  • Stir in milk of choice and maple syrup.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Top with chopped pecans prior to eating, if desired.
