Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Old Fashioned Roll Oats
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg
- 1 cup vanilla flavored almond or soy milk
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
- Toasted pecans (chopped (optional))
Instruction
- Combine oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large mug.
- Stir in milk of choice and maple syrup.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with chopped pecans prior to eating, if desired.
