Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1/2 tablespoon demerara sugar (or brown sugar)
- 1/2 teaspoon gingerbread spice mix (*)
- pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons pecans (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons raisins
Instruction
- Place oats, milk, molasses, sugar, gingerbread spice and salt in a container with a tight fitting lid (like a mason jar). Shake to combine. Place container in the fridge overnight.
- Heat overnight oats in the morning, adding milk as needed (if desired). Taste and add more sweetener or spice to taste. Sprinkle with toppings.
