Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1/2 tablespoon demerara sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon gingerbread spice mix (*)
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons pecans (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons raisins

Instruction

  • Place oats, milk, molasses, sugar, gingerbread spice and salt in a container with a tight fitting lid (like a mason jar). Shake to combine. Place container in the fridge overnight.
  • Heat overnight oats in the morning, adding milk as needed (if desired). Taste and add more sweetener or spice to taste. Sprinkle with toppings.
