- 1½ cups fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed if frozen)
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup all purpose flour (substitute with oat flour or almond meal if gluten intolerant)
- ½ cup brown sugar (packed (or sub with coconut sugar))
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup coconut oil (melted* (or sub with melted butter))
