The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon raw sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 chopped banana

Instruction

  • In a jar or plastic container, add all the ingredients except the banana. Mix using a spoon or just cover the jar and shake it for one minute, and place it in the fridge.
  • The next morning, add the chopped banana to the oatmeal and enjoy.
