- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon raw sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 chopped banana
Instruction
- In a jar or plastic container, add all the ingredients except the banana. Mix using a spoon or just cover the jar and shake it for one minute, and place it in the fridge.
- The next morning, add the chopped banana to the oatmeal and enjoy.
