- 2 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite milk)
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 medium apple (chopped into 1/2" chunks)
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup oat flour (may substitute with Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 flour or all purpose if not gluten intolerant)
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
