Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 large potatoes (scrubbed)
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • salt and pepper, (to taste)
  • 6 Tbsp Parmesan cheese

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 450ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
  • Slice potatoes into very thin slices (1/4 inch). Put potato slices in a gallon ziplock bag.
  • Pour olive oil, Italian seasoning and salt in ziplock bag and toss to coat potatoes.
  • Place potatoes in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly brown. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
