Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 large potatoes (scrubbed)
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
- salt and pepper, (to taste)
- 6 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 450ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
- Slice potatoes into very thin slices (1/4 inch). Put potato slices in a gallon ziplock bag.
- Pour olive oil, Italian seasoning and salt in ziplock bag and toss to coat potatoes.
- Place potatoes in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly brown. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
