Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound carrots
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Wash carrots, remove any greens and peel
- If using large carrots, slice to 1/2 inch thick lengthwise
- Place carrots on foil lined baking sheet
- Melt butter in microwave for 30 seconds
- Stir in butter and olive oil
- Drizzle over carrots and sprinkle with salt
- Place in oven and cook 25-30 minutes until tender
