Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 large carrots
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste
  • Parsley to garnish

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Wash and peel carrots.
  • Cut carrots into evenly sized sticks.
  • In a large bowl toss the carrots with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Arrange carrots on a parchment paper lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, and then flip and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  • Garnish with some fresh parsley and serve.
