Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 large carrots
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- Parsley to garnish
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Wash and peel carrots.
- Cut carrots into evenly sized sticks.
- In a large bowl toss the carrots with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Arrange carrots on a parchment paper lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15 minutes, and then flip and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with some fresh parsley and serve.
