Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 ½ pounds baby red potatoes (halved)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt (plus additional if desired)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
Instruction
- Set oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a large rimmed baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add the potatoes and olive oil to a large mixing bowl and toss to coat.
- Combine all the spices in a separate small bowl and pour over the potatoes. Stir until potatoes are evenly coated with the spice mixture and transfer them to the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes, stirring about every 15 minutes, until potatoes are fork-tender and golden brown.
- Taste and season with additional salt, only if needed.
