Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 bunch asparagus (trimmed)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (grated, optional)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Wash asparagus and snap off woody stems.
- Place asparagus on a pan and toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, & pepper (and parmesan cheese if using).
- Roast 8-10 minutes or just until tender crisp.
- Top with desired toppings
