Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1.5 lbs. chicken breast meat (cut into pieces)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt*
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- juice of one lime
- cilantro and lime wedges for serving (optional)
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl or gallon-sized plastic bag. Stir (or smush around, if in a bag), to coat the chicken evenly. Cover and marinate for at least one hour, and up to overnight, in the refrigerator.
- Place the chicken on a baking rack in a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
- Broil for ten minutes on each side, or until chicken is charred and fully cooked.
- Serve with extra lime wedges and garnish with cilantro, if desired.
