Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1.5 lbs. chicken breast meat (cut into pieces)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt*
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • juice of one lime
  • cilantro and lime wedges for serving (optional)

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl or gallon-sized plastic bag. Stir (or smush around, if in a bag), to coat the chicken evenly. Cover and marinate for at least one hour, and up to overnight, in the refrigerator.
  • Place the chicken on a baking rack in a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
  • Broil for ten minutes on each side, or until chicken is charred and fully cooked.
  • Serve with extra lime wedges and garnish with cilantro, if desired.
