The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 thick cut pork chops
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Montreal steak seasoning

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel.
  • Brush chops with olive oil and sprinkle liberally with Montreal steak seasoning on both sides.
  • Bake 7 minutes per 1/2 inch thickness or until 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Allow meat to rest 5 minutes before serving.
