Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 to 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Bread crumbs of your choice or all-purpose flour.
Instruction
- Whisk all ingredients together except bread crumbs until you have a smooth sauce. Dip each chop in liquid and then in bread crumbs
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until chops are done in the middle or register 145 on a meat thermometer.
