- 4 whole wheat pita breads
- 2 ½ tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp sea salt
Instruction
- Heat your oven to 350. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
- Meanwhile, cut each pita bread into eight wedges and transfer the wedges to a medium bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the pita wedges and sprinkle in the salt. Using your fingers, toss the pita bread wedges to coat them in the oil and salt.
- Arrange the wedges on the prepared baking sheet so they are evenly spaced and not overlapping.
- Bake for eight to ten minutes. Let cool for two to three minutes in the pan.
- These are best enjoyed right away but may keep in an air-tight container for one to two days.
