Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instruction
- Pre-heat oven to 425 and line a baking sheet with foil
- Place chicken wings in a large bowl and pat dry with a paper towel. Toss to coat with oil, salt and pepper then place in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet.
- Bake chicken wings until golden brown and crispy, about 25-30 minutes.
- Prepare glaze by heating all ingredients in a small saucepot over medium heat. Bring to a simmer then reduce heat to low allowing glaze to thicken slightly.
- When wings are done baking, remove from oven and brush glaze over both sides of each chicken wing. Return wings to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the glaze to set.
- Serve immediately.
