Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 2 cups fresh tomatoes, halved or quartered
  • 3-4 Tbsp diced onion (I usually use red)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • juice of 1 lime
  • salt, to taste

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse a few times until you’ve reached your desired texture. Add salt, to taste.
  • Serve on anything!
