  • 1 cup (250 ml) beef broth
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) tomato paste
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 lemons, zest finely grated
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup (10 g) fresh parsley, finely chopped
