Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2Tbs. Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbs. Toasted sesame oil
  • 1 Tbs. Honey
  • 1 Tbs. Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/8 tsp. Black pepper
  • 1 Clove garlic, grated a garlic using a cheese grater.
  • 1 Chicken breast
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 1 Tbs. Cooking oil
  • 1 Head of Romain lettuce, cut into bite size
  • 1 oz. Radish spouts or Bean sprouts
  • 4 oz. Canned mandarins
  • 1 oz. Red onion, sliced thinly and soaked in ice cold water for 10 minutes.
  • 1 oz. Wonton strips
  • Carrot, tomato, cilantro, nuts, raw ramen or anything you’d like to add on salad for your taste

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for dressing and whisk until smooth, set aside.   • Season chicken breast with pinch of salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium high heat; add 1cooking oil. Place chicken bread season side down, and season another side with pinch of salt and pepper. Cook chicken 6 minutes then flip it over. Cook additional 6 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and golden brown, set aside.
