Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 hearty handfuls of organic spring greens
  • a few drops of extra virgin olive oil + apple cider vinegar (about half 1 tsp each)
  • fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
  • Pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • 1 small sliced Avocado
  • red onion to taste
  • can of tuna fish mixed with lemon juice + fresh dill weed.
  • a sprinkle of raw pine nuts

Instruction

  • Toss in a few drops of extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, fresh squeezed lemon juice, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Add sliced avocado, red onion, tuna fish mixed with lemon juice + fresh dill weed.
  • Add a sprinkle of raw pine nuts
