Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1.25 cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 9-10 oreo cookies (divided)
Instruction
- In a bowl/pan, mix together heavy cream and milk.
- Put the pan on low heat and add granulated sugar. Mix till the sugar dissolves, around 1-2 minutes and them remove the pan from heat.
- Crust 3-4 oreo cookies using a food processor and add the oreo crumbs to the cream-milk base. You want 1/4 cup of fine oreo crumbs.
- Break the remaining oreo cookies into larger pieces with your hands and to the cream-milk mixture.
- Pout the liquid into popsicle molds. After 2 hours when it's semi-frozen, insert the sticks.
- Let it freeze for 6-8 hours or preferably overnight.
- To take the popsicles out of the mold, run under warm water for 30 seconds and then pull the stick gently to release.
