Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1.25 cups heavy cream
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 9-10 oreo cookies (divided)

Instruction

  • In a bowl/pan, mix together heavy cream and milk.
  • Put the pan on low heat and add granulated sugar. Mix till the sugar dissolves, around 1-2 minutes and them remove the pan from heat.
  • Crust 3-4 oreo cookies using a food processor and add the oreo crumbs to the cream-milk base. You want 1/4 cup of fine oreo crumbs.
  • Break the remaining oreo cookies into larger pieces with your hands and to the cream-milk mixture.
  • Pout the liquid into popsicle molds. After 2 hours when it's semi-frozen, insert the sticks.
  • Let it freeze for 6-8 hours or preferably overnight.
  • To take the popsicles out of the mold, run under warm water for 30 seconds and then pull the stick gently to release.
