Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 4 x 150 g Oreo biscuits
- 60 g butter melted
- 1 kg cream cheese brought to room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 egg
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 160C. Line 23 cm x 33 cm pan with a layer of foil, then baking paper extending over sides.
- Process 30 cookies in food processor until finely ground. Add butter, mix well. Press onto bottom of pan.
- Beat cream cheese in large bowl of an electric mixer until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla and salt. Continue beating until well blended.
- Add sour cream, mix well.
- Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each just until blended. Process remaining cookies until roughly chopped. Stir through cream cheese mixture.
- Spread mixture over crust.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until centre is almost set.
- Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
