- 25 Oreo cookies (separated and filling removed)
- 5 Tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 32 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1¼ cups granulated sugar
- 2½ Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 4 whole eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ½ Tbsp vanilla extract
- 20 Oreo cookies (chopped)
- Whipped cream
- Oreos (mini-Oreos work great as a garnish!)
