Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • Orecchiette pasta - 200gm
  • Broccoli - 100 gm
  • Cherry tomatoes - 50 gm
  • Italian mix herb - 1 teaspoons
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Cream cheese - 2 tablespoon
  • Parmesan cheese powder - 3 tablespoon
  • Fresh basil leaves and Parmesan for Garnish
  • Garlic clove - 2-3

Instruction

  • Boil orecchiette with little salt. Drain and keep warm
  • Blanch broccoli with pinch of salt. Drain and keep aside.
  • Heat a frying pan with Olive oil and add chopped Garlic and cherry tomatoes halves. Sauté it. Season with salt, pepper and Italian mix herbs.
  • Add boiled pasta and broccoli into pan. Stir well. Cook for 15 minutes
  • Now add cream cheese and Parmesan cheese in pasta stir well and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Orecchiette pasta with broccoli and tomatoes is ready to serve. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and fresh Parmesan slice.
