Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- Orecchiette pasta - 200gm
- Broccoli - 100 gm
- Cherry tomatoes - 50 gm
- Italian mix herb - 1 teaspoons
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
- Cream cheese - 2 tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese powder - 3 tablespoon
- Fresh basil leaves and Parmesan for Garnish
- Garlic clove - 2-3
Instruction
- Boil orecchiette with little salt. Drain and keep warm
- Blanch broccoli with pinch of salt. Drain and keep aside.
- Heat a frying pan with Olive oil and add chopped Garlic and cherry tomatoes halves. Sauté it. Season with salt, pepper and Italian mix herbs.
- Add boiled pasta and broccoli into pan. Stir well. Cook for 15 minutes
- Now add cream cheese and Parmesan cheese in pasta stir well and cook for 3 minutes.
- Orecchiette pasta with broccoli and tomatoes is ready to serve. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and fresh Parmesan slice.
