Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 big sizes potatoes (par boiled)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
- 1/2 cup orange juice (squeezed plain orange)
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt
- Coriander sauce for garnishing
Instruction
- Cut potatoes in thick slices. Take a frying pan heat add olive oil and garlic paste. When it become light brown add par boiled potato slices.
- Stir fry with black pepper crushed and salt then add orange juice and sesame. Serve with fresh orange and coriander sauce.
