Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 big sizes potatoes (par boiled)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (squeezed plain orange)
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Coriander sauce for garnishing

Instruction

  • Cut potatoes in thick slices. Take a frying pan heat add olive oil and garlic paste. When it become light brown add par boiled potato slices.
  • Stir fry with black pepper crushed and salt then add orange juice and sesame. Serve with fresh orange and coriander sauce.
