- zest from 1 orange, 1/4 teaspoon set aside for glaze
- juice from 1 orange
- 1/3 cup dried tart cherries
- 8 ounces cake flour
- 2.5 ounces graham flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 ounces light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chinese five spice powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold
- 1/4 teaspoon orange zest
- 2.5 tablespoons reserved orange juice
- 3 ounces confectioner\'s sugar
