Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 2 tablespoons hot almondmilk (or hot water)
  • 1 cup mashed banana (approximately 2 medium bananas)
  • 1 tablespoon fine orange zest (can add more/less depending on your preference)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup vanilla pea protein powder

Instruction

  • Place the poppy seeds in a small microwaveable dish and add the milk/water. Microwave for 1 minute.
  • Mash the bananas up until smooth, add the orange zest, vanilla essence and protein powder and mix.
  • Add the poppyseed mix and mix to form a dough. Depending on how soft the bananas are, if needed add more protein powder to form a harder dough.
  • Roll into balls
