Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 2 tablespoons hot almondmilk (or hot water)
- 1 cup mashed banana (approximately 2 medium bananas)
- 1 tablespoon fine orange zest (can add more/less depending on your preference)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup vanilla pea protein powder
Instruction
- Place the poppy seeds in a small microwaveable dish and add the milk/water. Microwave for 1 minute.
- Mash the bananas up until smooth, add the orange zest, vanilla essence and protein powder and mix.
- Add the poppyseed mix and mix to form a dough. Depending on how soft the bananas are, if needed add more protein powder to form a harder dough.
- Roll into balls
