  • 1 teaspoon chili-garlic paste
  • 1 ½ tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ - ½ teaspoon Sriracha
  • a few drops sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (divided use)
  • 16 ounces extra firm tofu (cut into 1" cubes)
  • 4 cups assorted chopped vegetables
  • ¼ cup frozen peas (optional)
